Terms & Usage
Updated September 20, 2026
This page explains how the Hollywood-on-Mic website, portfolio, and project inquiries are intended to be used. Project-specific written agreements and any applicable representation arrangements govern paid work.
Portfolio and demos
Portfolio clips demonstrate voiceover work by Robert "Hollywood" Rhodes. Music, footage, artwork, brand names, and other elements may belong to their respective rights holders. Showing past work does not imply a current endorsement or exclusive relationship.
You may listen to and share links to the portfolio when evaluating the studio. Demo download links are provided for casting and project evaluation. Website access or a demo download does not grant a license to rebroadcast, edit, resell, or use the material in a campaign.
Custom reads and project inquiries
An inquiry or custom-read request starts a conversation; it does not confirm a booking, delivery deadline, price, or usage license. Availability, scope, deliverables, directed-session arrangements, revisions, fees, and usage should be confirmed in writing before production.
Provide scripts and reference materials that you are authorized to share. A custom audition or sample is for evaluation unless a separate written agreement permits production use.
Usage and representation
Describe the intended media, territory, duration, and any paid advertising or exclusivity requirements when requesting a quote. Additional versions, pickups, renewals, or expanded usage should be discussed before use. Existing signed agreements take precedence over this general website information.
Radio imaging inquiries are directed to Nate Zeitz at Atlas Talent. Other inquiries can be sent through the project form or to robertrhodesvo@gmail.com.
Voice and recording permissions
Permission to use a recording for an agreed project does not include permission to clone or synthesize the voice, train an AI model on it, or create new performances without separate written authorization.
Website information and privacy
Portfolio examples and studio information may change. Contact the studio to confirm current availability and project requirements. The Privacy Policy describes information handled by the website and its inquiry form.
