Information you provide

The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type, and script or project notes. You may also provide your company, intended usage and market, desired tone, and deadline. Please include only information needed to discuss your project; do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Referral and technical information

When you submit an inquiry, the form includes the page address, available campaign tags (such as the source or campaign name in the page URL), and the referring website's origin when the browser supplies it. This helps identify how an inquiry reached the studio. The form does not include the referring page's path or query string.

The web server and security services may record technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to operate and protect the site. The form uses an IP-derived identifier for a short-lived submission limit and a hidden field to reduce spam.

How inquiries are handled

Form submissions are sent by email to the studio's business Gmail inbox. Your information is used to respond, evaluate the brief, discuss availability and a quote, and manage any resulting project. Submitting the form does not itself enroll you in a newsletter.

Hosting, security, and email providers process information as part of delivering these services. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet legal obligations or address misuse. If a project needs to be coordinated through your agency or another production partner, discuss the information needed for that coordination with the studio.
